Account Deletion – Coala Crypto Alarm
If you want to delete your account and associated data, follow the steps below.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly in the app.
Steps
1. Open the Coala app
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap “Delete Account”
All account data will be permanently deleted.
Data that will be deleted
• Email address
• Alarm settings
• Premium status
• All stored user data
Data retention
Some billing records may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and accounting purposes.
